This left many patients who required emergency care waiting too long, while patients who could be served through primary care options, such as clinics or pharmacies, wasting their time in emergency rooms.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>To solve this challenge, the Ministry of Health uses Petal\u2019s Orchestration Hub to strategically redirect non-urgent patients\u2014either before they reach the ED or
