Would you like to share the Petal experience with your peers from other departments or organizations?
As an existing Petal customer, you can be rewarded when you refer someone to Petal through our Referral Program.
Simply fill out the form and we will contact them.
* The one-month of free service applies solely to the referring and referred departments, excluding all other departments within the hospital covered by a Petal agreement.
* If the referring member belongs to multiple departments, the one-month of free service will only be applicable to one of those departments of their choice.
